Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViyasOne, an AI-powered platform for global education and careers (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sondhi Digital Solutions (Einzelunternehmen), Frankfurt am Main, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”). Full provider details are set out in our Legal Notice (Impressum).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is intended for a general international audience and is not directed at children.

3. User accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@viyasone.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or infringing content, or content that violates the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt or overload the Service;
  • probe, scan, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law;
  • misuse the Service to circumvent immigration, admission or other legal requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, guides and other content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain any rights in the content you submit, and you grant us the limited right to process and store that content as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

6. AI disclaimer & no professional advice

ViyasOne provides general information and guidance to help you explore studying and working abroad, including personalised journeys and guides. It does not provide legal, immigration, visa, financial, tax or other professional advice, and using the Service does not create any professional or advisory relationship.

Where AI-assisted features are offered, their output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from the competent official authorities. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including admission to a university, the grant of a visa, or employment. You are responsible for verifying information with official sources before acting on it.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it may not lawfully be limited or excluded — in particular liability for injury to life, body or health, for intent or gross negligence, under mandatory statutory provisions (such as the German Product Liability Act), or for the breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), in which case our liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, add or discontinue features, and we may amend these Terms where there is a valid reason (for example changes to the Service, or legal or regulatory requirements). We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the courts competent for Frankfurt am Main, Germany, shall have jurisdiction.
